Can a personalised gift arrive in time for Christmas?
Yes, with a little planning - everything is made to order in Tauranga and couriered domestically, so there's no overseas shipping wait or customs. December is our busiest stretch, so the earlier you order the better; if the occasion is close, message us first and we'll tell you honestly whether it's possible rather than over-promising.
What's a good personalised Father's Day gift in NZ?
The one we make most: a model of his car from a photo - the first car, the classic, the ute. NZ Father's Day is the first Sunday of September, and because every piece is made to order, ordering a couple of weeks ahead keeps it relaxed.
How much does a personalised gift cost?
Pricing is by size: small $22–45, medium $45–80, large $80–130, xl $130–200. Shipping is added at checkout and depends on where it's going. Most gifts are our medium size at $45–80 NZD. Making each 3D model uses generation tokens - signing up covers your first 2-4 models free depending on the model you pick, then token packs start at $12. The size price is for the print itself, and nothing is printed until you approve the model.
What photo should I use for a gift?
One clear photo where the subject fills the frame, in good light - a phone photo is perfect. You'll see the 3D model built from it, and approve it and the exact price, before anything is printed - so if the photo doesn't work, you'll know before you've committed to anything.
Can I keep it a surprise?
Completely. The recipient sees nothing until they unwrap it - you approve the model yourself, it ships to your address, and it arrives boxed and ready to give.
What if I don't have a photo of the thing they love?
You'd be surprised how often someone's phone, or a family album, has exactly the shot - and for artwork, a photo of the drawing itself is all we need. If the photo you have is rough, send it through anyway: you'll see the model it makes before you pay for printing.
