A clear, well-lit photo with the subject facing the camera and filling most of the frame works best. Avoid heavy shadows, busy backgrounds or very blurry shots. You'll see the generated 3D model before you commit, so you can always try another photo.

Can you make a figurine from a photo?
Yes - a photo is all we need. Upload a clear photo of your pet, your partner, a couple or a memory and we generate a 3D model from it. A well-lit, front-on photo where the subject fills the frame gives the best result, and you preview and approve the model before anything is printed.
How much does a custom figurine cost?
Shipping is added at checkout and depends on where it's going. Prices depend on how big your figurine is: small $11–23, medium $23–41, large $41–66, xl $66–102 NZD. Within a size, a chunkier object costs more than a slender one because it uses more material and more printer time. Multi-colour prints add a surcharge - your exact price is always shown before you pay.

Do I have to pay before I see it?
No. You upload your photo, we generate the 3D model, and you see a preview of your model and the exact NZD price first. You only pay once you've approved it.
How long does it take to get my figurine in New Zealand?
We make and ship from within New Zealand, so there's no overseas wait or customs delay - your keepsake arrives far faster than ordering from an overseas studio. Need it by a certain date? Message us first and we'll confirm the timeline.
Is my photo kept private?
Your photo is used for exactly two things: an automated safety check and creating your 3D model - we don't train any AI on it, and we don't let our providers train on it either. We never sell your photos or share them publicly without your permission. Full details are in our privacy policy.
